I will not draw NSFW, anthro or mecha due to my inexperience with these themes.

I will keep you updated on the progress of the piece and send you WIPs of the sketch, lines, flats, basic shading and basic detailing phases.

Payment is 100% via PayPal upon sketch approval.

Should you decide to cancel the commission before I start basic shading, you will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made after this stage will render the fee non-refundable.

In the event I have to cancel the commission, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of the status of the piece.

Major changes (composition, pose, perspective) requested after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee, or may not be possible depending on the stage the piece is currently in.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I retain copyright over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the finished piece on my social media and in my portfolio.

I do not claim the rights to the intellectual property depicted.

I will not use your commissioned artwork for any further commercial profit.

You have the right to post the finished artwork to social media, as long as it is properly credited.

You are not allowed to use the artwork for any commercial gain.

You are not allowed to use the piece as an NFT or use it to train image AIs.
